drive a product area end-to-end by bringing clarity to ambiguity managing timelines dependencies and deliverables with accountability and a bias for action Collaborate deeply across disciplines by Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Design Product Design Human Computer Interaction User Experience Interaction Design or related field AND 3 years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience e g demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems A portfolio that tells a powerful story demonstrating end-to-end product thinking visual and interaction design excellence prototyping skill and the ability to translate user insights into elegant usable experiences Depth across the design craft with mastery in information architecture interaction patterns systems thinking and micro-interactions coupled with a sharp sense for usability coherence and detail Proven ability to drive complex design problems through cross-functional collaboration balancing creativity user insight data and execution to deliver high-impact experiences on time and at quality Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft customer and or government security screening requirements are required for this role These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings Microsoft Cloud Background Check This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire transfer and every two years thereafter Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Industrial design Product Design Human Computer Interaction User Experience Interaction Design or related field AND 3 years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Design Product Design Human Computer Interaction User Experience Interaction Design or related field AND 5 years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience e g demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems 2 years experience shipping products services or games and
