We are seeking an experienced Sr Full stack Developer with strong backend expertise to join our development team The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with multiple databases chat modules and background job processing The role requires immediate availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node js Work extensively with MySQL and MongoDB including managing multiple databases Develop and optimize real-time chat modules and related backend logic Implement and manage background jobs job queues and priority-based task processing Write clean efficient and reusable code following best practices Collaborate with frontend developers product managers and QA teams Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing applications Ensure application performance security and data integrity Required Skills Qualifications 2-4 years of professional experience in Node js development Strong working knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB mandatory Experience handling multiple databases within a single application Proven experience in developing chat or real-time communication modules Hands-on experience with background jobs queues and priority-based execution Valuable understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture Familiarity with version control systems Git Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Additional Skills Working knowledge of Next js added advantage Experience with message brokers or job queues e g Bull Redis RabbitMQ Exposure to cloud environments and deployment practices Understanding of scalable system design Immediate joiners are highly preferred Candidate Profile Immediate joiners are highly preferred Self-driven proactive and able to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
