SAP EWM Functional Consultant Locations Bangalore Pune Hyderabad Experience 6 - 10 Years Employment Type Full time Industry Automotive Manufacturing Education BE BTech MCA MTech Role Overview We are seeking a Customer-Facing SAP EWM Functional Consultant to act as a Process Solution Expert for global manufacturing plants The role involves end-to-end implementation rollout and post-go-live support of SAP S 4HANA Embedded EWM working closely with plant users and business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Process Solution Design Act as a process expert in designing and standardizing SAP EWM process templates Conduct gap analysis and translate business requirements into effective SAP EWM solutions Collaborate with Process Owners and business teams to design scalable warehouse solutions Implementation Rollouts Participate in minimum 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations preferably Embedded EWM Support template rollouts across multiple plants and regions Prepare Functional Specifications FS for EWM enhancements and custom developments Integration Technical Collaboration Configure and support EWM-ERP integration Handle integration scenarios involving CIF IDocs and RFCs including issue analysis and resolution Work closely with ABAP Basis and integration teams Testing Cutover Support Support Unit Testing Integration Testing and UAT with plant key users Assist in data migration activities test and productive migrations Provide Hypercare and post-go-live support resolving issues independently Conduct end-user and key-user training sessions Required Skills ExperienceSAP EWM Experience 6-10 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience Strong experience in SAP EWM 9 5 S 4HANA Embedded EWM minimum 1 year mandatory Expertise in EWM-ERP integration setup and configuration Hands-on experience with all mandatory SAP EWM features Process Knowledge Strong expertise in at least one of the following Inbound Outbound Warehousing Packaging Good working knowledge of the remaining process areas Experience with production supply replenishment and manufacturing integration Ability to explain process variants across different business scenarios Industry Experience Minimum 2 years of SAP EWM experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries Exposure to plant warehouse operations and shop-floor integration is mandatory Nice to Have Experience with Value-Added Services VAS Exposure to Automated Warehouse processes Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management SAP TM Experience in both Embedded and Decentralized EWM environments Certifications Preferred SAP EWM Certification Embedded EWM Decentralized EWM SAP WM Certification Optional Soft Skills Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues Robust collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel PowerPoint Word Travel Requirements Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short-term assignments up to 4 weeks Job Type Full-time Application Question s What would be your NP How soon you can join Experience Embedded software 1 year Preferred SAP S 4HANA 1 year Preferred Customer relationship management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
