This role is for one of our clients Industry Events Services Seniority level Mid-Senior level Min Experience 8 years Location Mumbai JobType full-time We are seeking a Senior Event Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that delight clients and create memorable experiences This role is ideal for a hands-on event qualified who thrives on challenges excels in operational excellence and can deliver events seamlessly across multiple locations You will partner with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure each event meets its objectives timelines and quality standards Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end event planning and execution from conceptualization to post-event wrap-up Develop operational plans and event concepts that translate client objectives into flawless experiences Source onboard and manage vendors venues and partners ensuring timely delivery and quality performance Negotiate with venues and suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising standards Oversee event logistics staging audio-visuals and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations Manage multi-city and off-site events while maintaining consistency and quality across locations Anticipate challenges and provide quick effective solutions during planning and live execution Monitor budgets timelines and quality benchmarks to ensure events are delivered on target Collaborate with clients internal teams and external partners to align expectations and deliverables Qualifications Skills Proven experience in event management preferably with exposure to multi-location or regional events Strong understanding of event production logistics and operational workflows Expertise in vendor and venue management with negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to think quickly adapt to evolving requirements and solve problems under pressure Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented execution-focused and committed to delivering exceptional event experiences We may use artificial intelligence AI tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans If you would like more information about how your data is processed please contact us
