We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team In this role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for doctors ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact to successful activation You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external medical professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new doctors to our platform Coordinate and manage the onboarding lifecycle including documentation credentialing training and activation Verify and validate all required documents and certifications in accordance with company and regulatory standards Educate doctors on platform usage policies and best practices via one-on-one sessions webinars or resource kits Collaborate with cross-functional teams product operations compliance to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Track onboarding metrics identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the process Maintain accurate records and regularly update internal systems and databases Requirements Bachelor s degree in healthcare life sciences business administration or a related field 2 years of experience in onboarding recruitment credentialing or similar roles preferably in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements e g MCI norms telemedicine guidelines is a plus Proficiency with CRM or onboarding tools is a bonus Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven organization transforming healthcare access Work with a agile supportive and passionate team Growth opportunities and the chance to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology
