About the job We at Child Nest Rehab are looking for passionate and qualified individuals to the post of Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of child to identify their specific needs functional limitations and areas for improvement Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results considering the child s goals and abilities Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques and activities to improve childs motor skills sensory integration coordination and cognitive abilities Facilitate adaptive strategies and assistive technology to enhance childs independence in daily living activities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians psychologists special educators and social workers to ensure holistic care and support for childs Provide counseling and support to childs and their parents guradians addressing emotional and psychological aspects related to disability Monitor childs progress regularly adjust treatment plans as needed and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes Educate childs caregivers and community members about disability-related issues adaptive techniques and inclusion strategies Participate in outreach programs workshops and awareness campaigns organized by APD to promote disability rights and inclusivity Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of occupational therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into therapy sessions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Occupational Therapy Masters in Occupational Therapist State licensure or eligibility Robust communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
