Job description We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team This individual will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organization s current and future workforce needs The ideal candidate will have a passion for people a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media referrals and networking events Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Manage job postings and ensure a seamless candidate experience Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems ATS to track and manage candidate progress Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment events Provide regular recruitment metrics and updates to HR leadership Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or a related field Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 1-2 years preferred Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools e g LinkedIn Recruiter ATS Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus Criteria Experience of minimum 1-3 years Salary Budget - 20k to 25k negotiable Job Location - Bengaluru Domlur Layout Languages - Must be fluent to Speak in English Hindi Mandatory - Google sheet with basic formula knowledge and positive computer skills Working Days Time - Monday to Saturday from 10 30 Am to 7 00 Pm Role HR Recuiter Industry Type Hotels Restaurants Department Human Resources Employment Type Full Time Permanent Role Category Recruitment Education UG Any Graduate For more details Call - (phone hidden) Nikita Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Required Work Location In person
