About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our organisation The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills excellent communication and the ability to identify high-quality candidates for various roles Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing screening shortlisting interviewing onboarding Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms Source candidates through LinkedIn Naukri Indeed campus hiring networking Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical departmental interviews Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Build a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of recruitment experience healthcare retail experience is a plus Excellent communication interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good negotiation and offer-closing skills Positive attitude professionalism and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
