Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in solar power plant projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complete project execution ensuring high-quality installations and leading a team of junior engineers This role requires extensive travel across Southern India for site work related to solar power plant installation and maintenance Key Responsibilities - Oversee the installation of solar systems including DC AC wiring structural erection earthing and civil works - Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot service issues for solar systems to optimize performance - Analyze solar system data and implement preventive maintenance strategies - Address and resolve customer complaints in a qualified manner - Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering EEE or Electronics and Communication Engineering ECE or a Diploma in EEE ECE ITI - Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar power plant projects - Willingness to travel extensively within Southern India for project execution Job Type Full time Pay 236 140 82 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
