About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on construction experience to take ownership of on-site project execution for architecturally driven and design-led construction projects The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background proven leadership skills and the ability to coordinate complex site activities while ensuring quality safety and timely delivery Roles Responsibilities Take full ownership of in office construction execution ensuring alignment with project schedules budgets and design intent Interpret and implement complex architectural and engineering drawings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Lead regular site inspections monitor construction progress and enforce stringent quality control standards Supervise and coordinate subcontractors site teams and vendors ensuring adherence to work quality timelines and safety protocols Enforce compliance with local building codes safety regulations and project-specific safety plans Prepare and maintain detailed daily weekly and monthly site reports covering progress updates incidents inspections and material tracking Act as a key liaison between the site and project stakeholders collaborating with architects consultants and clients to resolve on-site issues swiftly and effectively Oversee material delivery handling and storage to maintain quality avoid delays and minimize wastage Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to junior engineers site supervisors and labor teams Identify risks conflicts or delays proactively and recommend actionable mitigation strategies to project leadership Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline 5-6 years of proven site engineering experience preferably on architecturally driven or design-focused construction projects In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies technical drawings site coordination safety regulations and quality control standards Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive timely project execution Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick informed decisions under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with consultants contractors and clients Proficient in site documentation progress reporting and project tracking tools Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite familiarity with project management software e g MS Project Primavera or similar is a strong advantage Candidate must be available to join immediately Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Ernakulam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Location Ernakulam Kerala Required Work Location In person
