Key Responsibilities Draft review and manage various legal agreements including client contracts vendor agreements service-level agreements SLAs non-disclosure agreements NDAs and Memoranda of Understanding MoUs Handle legal documentation and compliance related to government tenders RFPs and contract negotiations Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Facility Management industry Coordinate with clients vendors and internal departments for agreement execution and dispute resolution if required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Law LLB from a recognized university 1 to 4 years of experience handling corporate legal matters preferably in facility management or a related sector Strong understanding of tender processes contract management and regulatory compliance Excellent drafting communication and negotiation skills Drafting of affidavits 2 Should have knowledge of court procedure and be able to act as a nodal officer in the court matters Contract law Labour Laws Ability to work independently with attention to detail and legal precision Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
