We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in an educational or training institute The ideal candidate will support academic operations manage student coordination assist faculty and ensure smooth execution of training programs Prefered female candidates Location Calicut Key Responsibilities 1 Academic Administration Coordinate daily academic activities class schedules and faculty timetables Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and course progress Assist in planning and organizing training batches exams evaluations and assessments Ensure timely distribution of study materials assignments and academic resources 2 Student Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for student queries related to academics Monitor student engagement provide support and escalate concerns when needed Guide current students through orientation batch allocation and academic guidelines 3 Faculty Support Communicate schedules academic updates and resources to trainers and faculty Coordinate substitute trainers when required to avoid disruptions Assist faculty in exam preparation evaluation and feedback management 4 Quality Compliance Ensure academic processes comply with institutional policies and standards Maintain documentation for audits reviews and internal reports Assist in implementing academic quality checks and improvements 5 Events Program Management Support academic events such as workshops seminars guest lectures and assessments Coordinate logistics for academic activities and maintain event records Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
