We are seeking an HR Executive who demonstrates strong analytical thinking solid execution capability and a continuous learning mindset The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce logistics retail or related industries Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Support the administration and optimization of compensation and benefits programs Assist in performance management processes including KPI tracking and evaluation support Maintain and update HR documentation employee records and HRIS data Contribute to employee engagement initiatives culture-building activities and training coordination Provide support in policy implementation compliance matters and HR reporting Collaborate with different departments to meet organizational HR needs in a timely and effective manner Requirements 3-5 years of professional HR experience preferably in recruitment compensation benefits or performance management Bachelor s degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field Experience in e-commerce logistics retail trading or similar fast-paced sectors is a solid advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Work Location In person
