Department Upstream - Fermentation Experience Required 1-3 years Employment Type Full-time Role Summary The Fermentation Upstream Operator will support the execution of upstream bioprocess operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment The role involves preparation operation and monitoring of bioreactors fermenters under strict GMP guidelines to ensure consistent high-quality production of biological products Responsibilities Prepare media buffers and solutions as per SOPs Operate fermenters bioreactors in a GMP environment Perform aseptic inoculation and culture handling Monitor and adjust pH DO temperature agitation and feed rates Carry out CIP SIP of fermenters and associated equipment Collect in-process samples and coordinate with QC for analysis Maintain equipment cleanliness and support routine maintenance Record all activities in BMRs logbooks and documentation as per GDP Follow GMP safety and cleanroom guidelines strictly Report deviations contamination or equipment issues immediately Work collaboratively with downstream QA and other production teams Qualifications Diploma B Sc in Biotechnology Microbiology Biochemistry or related field 1-3 years of experience in fermentation or upstream processing in a pharma biopharma facility Skills Required Knowledge of fermentation principles and bioprocess operations Strong aseptic technique and understanding of cleanroom practices Familiarity with CIP SIP operations and equipment handling Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate GMP documentation Good communication teamwork and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
