Job requisition ID 92566 Date Nov 27 2025 Location Pune Designation Senior Consultant Entity Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP Your potential unleashed India s impact on the global economy has increased at an exponential rate and Deloitte presents an opportunity to unleash and realize your potential amongst cutting edge leaders and organizations shaping the future of the region and indeed the world beyond At Deloitte your whole self to work every day Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate innovate grow and make an impact that matters The Team Enterprise technology has to do much more than keep the wheels turning it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth Learn more about ET P Work you ll do The primary role is to make immediate direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive innovative and sustainable To do this one must perform the following activities within the firm SAP BASIS implementation Professional should have 6 to 9 Yrs The SAP Basis Senior Consultant is responsible for the design implementation administration and continuous improvement of the SAP technical infrastructure This role ensures optimal performance high availability and security of SAP systems while supporting business processes and change management initiatives Install configure and upgrade SAP NetWeaver SAP HANA and related components ABAP Java BW ERP S 4HANA etc Manage client landscapes development quality production and perform system copies refreshes and migrations Monitor system performance conduct capacity planning and tune databases and application servers Administer SAP transports changelog management and transport routes Oversee SAP HANA Oracle SQL Server or DB2 databases including backup recovery patching and performance optimization Manage middleware Web Dispatcher SAP Router SAP XI PI SAP CPI and integrate with non SAP applications Lead technical work streams in SAP implementation upgrade or migration projects Conduct technical design workshops create solution blueprints and advise clients on best practice architecture Produce documentation architecture diagrams SOPs run books and knowledge transfer sessions for junior staff Qualification Criteria Education backgrounds - BE or Equivalent Soft skills - Strong Communication skills desired Travel readiness - Should not have constraints to Travel as and when required PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Communication Excellent written and oral communication skills able to engage with multiple levels of the organization Dealing with Ambiguity Can effectively cope with change can shift gears comfortably can decide and act without having the total picture remains calm effective and practical when dealing with ambiguity doesn t have to finish things before moving on can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty Self Confidence Good interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and external parties Excellent communication skills -
