About The Role Book flight and train tickets as required Regularly manage ticketing including flight train and bus bookings Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and partners to enhance company growth Provide tech-savvy support navigating booking portals and handling customer queries Build and maintain customer relationships Handle communication with clients and suppliers to secure quotes and ensure documentation is accurate and complete Manage car rental queries with a focus on outbound calls Assist with small banking transactions and any other travel or tourism-related tasks Perform flight ticket web check-ins and manage airline ticket PDFs Prepare Google Sheets for reports and maintain necessary office documents Answer client calls and understand their requirements coordinating with team members Maintain office space equipment and supplies Occasionally pick up or deliver office supplies or communication materials Assist with office-related work Excel reports and document management Support office staff in ensuring smooth operations Visit the bank or clients as required for deposits and collection of cash cheques Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers and manage vendor relations Travel for office-related work when required and ensure proper maintenance of office premises Experience And Knowledge Requirements Minimum 1 year of Experience in Travel Field Knowledge about ticketing - Flight Rail Bus and Cruise Tech-savvy ability to navigate through various booking websites Best ski ls in Email Google Drive Google Forms Google Docs Google Sheet and MS Office Proper knowledge about social media and digital marketing Prior experience in Sales operations Education And Skill Requirements Graduation in any stream Responsible Trustworthiness Multitasking Creative and Growth Oriented Job Type Full time Pay Up to 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
