As a Product Manager - UPI you will be responsible for leading the development and strategy of UPI-driven payment products This includes defining the product roadmap prioritizing feature development managing cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as NPCI and RBI You ll play a key role in enhancing user experience driving product innovation and supporting our go-to-market strategy Key Responsibilities Build and own the UPI product roadmap focusing on high-impact scalable financial services and features Define and drive product initiatives in collaboration with engineering compliance and key business stakeholders Prioritize product development efforts using structured product management frameworks and a strong understanding of UPI APIs and banking integrations Lead cross-functional teams including Product Managers Designers Engineers and QA to execute the product vision and deliver value at speed Support and coordinate with internal and external teams on regulatory audits e g RBI NPCI inter-nal audit Deconstruct complex problems and translate them into clear actionable requirements for the engi-neering team Maintain ethical clarity ensuring transparency and avoiding conflicts of interest in managing engi-neering resources with indirect reporting lines Monitor the UPI ecosystem and track competitor activity to inform product enhancements and stay ahead of industry trends Collaborate closely with Sales and Partnership teams to gather client requirements identify opportu-nities for integrations and explore synergistic growth Own and execute the Go-to-Market GTM strategy for UPI product releases in partnership with Sales and Marketing Manage all phases of the product lifecycle including design development innovation launch and branding Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in product management with at least 6 years in UPI digital payments or fintech Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering UPI-based solutions e g P2P P2M AutoPay UPI Lite Solid familiarity with NPCI guidelines UPI ecosystem architecture and regulatory requirements Hands-on experience with API integrations banking partnerships and real-time payment systems Solid understanding of fintech compliance audit processes and product risk management Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and business teams
