Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive for our P G FMCG Division in MP The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mobile handset sales with at least 6 years of relevant experience in managing sales operations distributor channel partnerships and team performance in the telecom mobile industry Key Responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory Manage and grow channel partner relationships distributors retailers Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer preferences Ensure effective market penetration and brand visibility Lead mentor and train the sales team to ensure high productivity Coordinate with the marketing team to implement regional promotional campaigns Provide timely MIS and sales reports to management Address customer and partner concerns professionally and effectively Candidate Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG sales Team Lead Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel operations Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills Good market knowledge of Chhattisgarh and surrounding regions Ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in Excel MIS and reporting tools preferred Location - Chhindwara Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
