Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineer - QS Planning to lead and manage quantity surveying and planning activities at our construction sites The candidate will play a critical role in cost management project planning and ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Budget Management Develop manage and monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints Project Planning Create detailed project plans schedules and timelines ensuring alignment with project goals and constraints Quantity Surveying Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities based on project specifications and drawings Contract Administration Administer and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Risk Management Identify potential risks in the project and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact Cost Control Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to prevent budget overruns Software Proficiency Auto-CAD Microsoft Project MS-Office Key Requirements Experience 6-9 years of experience in quantity surveying and planning within the residential or Commercial construction sector Education B Tech B E in Civil Engineering or a related field Site-based Work Willingness to work on-site at various project locations Job Type Full time Pay 400 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Work Location In person
