We are pleased to announce that Dr Aravinds IVF Fertility Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and HR Payroll to join our dynamic team Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees including calculating wages bonuses overtime deductions and tax liabilities Ensure adherence to all legal requirements related to payroll including tax deductions benefits and social security contributions Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions employee deductions and other payroll-related data Prepare and submit reports related to payroll taxes and employee compensation to management as required Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues raised by employees providing explicit and effective communication Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory reports including income tax and social security contributions ensuring compliance with local labor laws Coordinate the administration of employee benefits e g health insurance retirement plans ensuring that enrolment s and deductions are accurately processed Ensure that payroll figures align with the company s financial records and conduct monthly annual payroll reconciliations Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee data by adhering to data protection laws and internal policies Suggest improvements in payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors Education MBA-HR or Any relevant Degree Experience 0-1 year Salary 10000k Work Location Guindy Chennai Contact No (phone hidden) Immediate joiners preferable Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month
