Role Overview We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team This dual-role professional will play a critical role in crafting visually compelling designs and editing engaging videos that align with our clients branding and marketing objectives Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Visual Asset Creation Design visually appealing assets layouts and concepts that resonate with target audiences Trend Research Stay updated with the latest design trends to create innovative solutions Content Creation Develop graphics for print and digital platforms including marketing materials websites and social media Internal Communications Design creative assets for internal communication and team initiatives Video Editing Storytelling Develop and execute a storytelling approach for video content Raw Footage Assembly Assemble raw footage digitally cut files and craft final video cuts Editing and Mixing Edit videos mix audio tracks and ensure high-quality sound and visuals Short Video Production Create short impactful videos to promote events and social media campaigns Third-Party Content Select edit and incorporate third-party content into projects Cooperative Responsibilities Work closely with the marketing team to design engaging marketing materials Assist in developing comprehensive communication plans for campaigns Project Management Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Maintain a streamlined workflow and deliver results on schedule Post-Production Enhancements Retouching and Color Grading Apply corrections retouching and professional color grading to videos and graphics Professional Development Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine design and video editing skills Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail Solid understanding of video editing principles audio mixing and visual storytelling Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines Experience with social media platforms and designing for digital applications A creative mindset with a passion for visual and motion design Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay From 8 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience CSS 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Required Design 1 year Required Work Location In person
