We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our Falcon ICU vertical. The candidate will be responsible for generating business by building robust relationships with hospitals, doctors, ICU departments, and healthcare professionals to identify and refer patients who require critical care services. The role is similar to a Medical Representative / Healthcare Sales Executive, with a focus on hospital visits, doctor engagement, and patient acquisition for Falcon ICU.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare facilities on a daily basis.
- Meet doctors, ICU consultants, hospital administrators, discharge teams, and referral coordinators.
- Promote Falcon ICU services and create awareness about CCUs critical care solutions.
- Generate patient referrals and business leads for Falcon ICU.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Identify potential business opportunities and new hospital tie-ups.




- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth patient onboarding.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
- Achieve monthly business generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and hospital interactions.

Required Skills

- Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare industry is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate in any stream (Healthcare/Pharma background preferred).

Experience: 0–5 years in Medical Representative, Pharma Sales, Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Sales, or Business Development.
