We're looking for a P&L; Head Import to own and grow our MSME import vertical.

What you'll lead:

National SME import sales strategy sectors, clusters, trade lanes
Building and leading a high-performance regional sales team
Acquiring and onboarding importers across freight, customs & supply chain solutions
Full P&L; ownership revenue, margins, CLV, and conversion
Cross-functional alignment with ops, product, and customer success

What you bring:

10+ years of B2B sales; 5+ in leadership
Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or adjacent platform-driven businesses with MSME customer segments
Track record of scaling SME/SMB sales across multiple regions
P&L; ownership mindset. Data-driven. Startup-ready.
