About the Role: Our client, a well-established Financial Services organisation with a workforce of 100+ employees and an ambitious growth agenda, is looking for an experienced

Manager HR & Talent Acquisition to lead the HR function while driving recruitment for mid and senior management positions across the organisation.The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in BFSI hiring, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the HR function and support business leaders on people-related initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand HR and manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Independently manage recruitment mandates with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate the complete interview process and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical BFSI roles.




- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve hiring and HR objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Securities, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, etc.).
- Candidates from the Insurance industry will not be considered.
- MBA (HR or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Should have independently recruited 12–15 mid and senior-level professionals annually.
- Experience hiring professionals with annual compensation ranging from 25 Lakhs to 90 Lakhs.
- Robust interviewing, assessment, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates residing in or around Mumbai's Western Suburbs will be preferred.

Compensation

- Preferred Current CTC: 7–9 LPA
- Offered CTC: 10–12 LPA
