Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics & HANA Lead Consultant with solid expertise in SAP HANAbased analytics, modern data platforms, and BI visualization tools. The role involves leading analytics initiatives, supporting global SAP rollouts, managing multi-vendor teams, and contributing to presales and delivery across complex SAP landscapes.Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize analytics solutions using SAP Native HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Build and manage advanced analytics solutions integrating SAP HANA with Databricks for large-scale data processing and advanced analytics use cases
- Deliver end-to-end BI and reporting solutions using SAP BO, Tableau (primary visualization), and Microsoft Power BI
- Implement and manage ETL and data integration solutions using SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP Data Services, SAP Smart Data Access (SDA), and SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI)
- Lead requirement gathering activities for global SAP releases and rollouts, ensuring alignment with business and analytics strategy
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews, focusing on performance optimization and workload management of SAP HANA views
- Own project delivery activities, including risk management and mitigation planning, ensuring no impact on release and delivery timelines




- Lead and actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and mentor teams in a multi-vendor workplace, effectively delegating tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Drive change management and incident management processes, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Working knowledge of Databricks integrated with SAP HANA for advanced analytics and big data use cases
- Expertise in BI and visualization tools: Tableau, SAP BO, Microsoft Power BI
- In-depth understanding of ETL, data replication, and integration technologies within SAP landscapes
- Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology and delivery governance
- Proven experience in performance tuning, workload optimization, and scalable analytics design
- Ability to lead multi-vendor teams, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in complex environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Experience & Qualification

- 4-6 years of experience in SAP Analytics, HANA, BW, and BI technologies.
- Experience in global SAP implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformation programs preferred.
