About the Role

This is a strategic leadership role for an MBBS/MD professional passionate about physician education, scientific communication, and digital medical learning. You will provide scientific direction across Centrixs educational initiatives, guide the medical content team, help build specialty-focused learning architecture for MedApt, collaborate with international faculty, and work closely with pharmaceutical medical teams and healthcare partners.

This is not a clinical practice role.

Key Responsibilities:

Scientific Strategy & Physician Education

- Lead the scientific strategy for physician education initiatives across multiple specialties.
- Design educational curricula, certification programs, and specialty learning pathways.
- Develop the scientific architecture for MedApt and future digital education platforms.
- Ensure all educational initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with current international guidelines.

Medical Content Leadership:

- Guide and mentor the scientific content and editorial teams.
- Review educational concepts, scientific frameworks, and learning objectives.
- Provide medical oversight for physician-facing content, courses, conference coverage, and educational initiatives.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and educational value across all content.

Faculty & Scientific Engagement:

- Collaborate with international faculty, key opinion leaders, and medical societies.
- Liaise with pharmaceutical Medical Affairs and Medico-Marketing teams where appropriate.
- Support faculty identification, scientific discussions, advisory board planning, and educational program development.
- Represent Centrix in scientific interactions with healthcare stakeholders.





Innovation & Platform Development:

- Identify emerging clinical trends and educational opportunities.
- Recommend new specialties, learning formats, and digital education initiatives.
- Contribute to the long-term scientific roadmap for MedApt and other physician-focused platforms.

Who Were Looking For

Essential Qualifications

- MBBS (Mandatory)
- MD or DNB will be an added advantage.
- 6 to 12 years of relevant skilled experience.

Preferred Experience

We welcome candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

- Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs
- Medico-Marketing
- Scientific Communications
- Medical Communications Agencies
- Physician Education / CME
- Medical Publishing
- Healthcare Media
- Digital Health Platforms
- Scientific or Clinical Education

Experience working with key opinion leaders, advisory boards, scientific publications, educational programs, or international faculty will be highly preferred.
