Job Title: Field Engineer
Location: South Mumbai, Borivali, Malad and Bhiwandi

Additional locations: Haridwar, Guwahati, Amta, and Trichy
Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Provide onsite technical support at client locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with the remote support team for issue resolution.
- Install and troubleshoot network devices like routers and switches (basic level).
- Update service reports and close tickets within SLA.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and basic networking.
- Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to travel across Mumbai for onsite support.
- Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
