We are hiring an experienced Mumbai based Social Media Executive/Manager (non-local candidates need not apply) with 3 6 years of hands-on experience, preferably from a digital marketing agency.

This role demands strong expertise in B2B and B2C brand storytelling, platform strategy, paid media execution, and content creation across formats. The candidate must be proactive, independent, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies for B2B clients

- Create compelling brand storytelling narratives aligned with business objectives

- Plan, create, and publish social media content including: Instagram Reels, Short-form and long-form videos, Carousels, Stories, YouTube videos

- Well-versed with AI tools and Gen AI tools for content creation

- Manage end-to-end content calendars

- Write high-quality captions, scripts and campaign copy

- Set up and manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

- Execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies

- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns

- Coordinate with design, performance, and strategy teams

- Handle client communication, meetings and reporting independently

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in B2B brand storytelling on social media

- Platform expertise: LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

- Experience in setting up and managing: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns





- Ability to conceptualize and create content across multiple formats

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn positioning for B2B brands

- Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach

Candidate Profile

- 3 6 years of relevant experience (preferably in a digital marketing agency)

- Graduate (mandatory)

- Advanced certification in Digital Marketing

- Must own a laptop

- Based in Mumbai

- Immediate joiner preferred

- Excellent command of verbal and written English

- Willingness to travel
