The Marketing Associate (12 Months Contract) supports the Strategic Marketing Team in the preparation of systematic market reports, data analysis and key management projects. This position will be place under a 3rd party agency.

This position will be based in Navi Mumbai, India.

As an Marketing Associate Intern (12 Months Contract) you will:

- Market & Competitive Analysis Support
- Collect and organize market data from internal sources, desk research, databases, and publicly available reports
- Maintain and update market intelligence dashboards, trackers, or databases
- Support competitive intelligence activities
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (market size, growth rates, customer segments, share estimates)
- Contribute to monthly market intelligence reports and other presentations
- Internal Stakeholder Support
- Support senior marketing or strategy team members with adhoc analysis requests
- Help translate data into clear insights and recommendations




- Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

- This position requires a bachelors degree (or pursuing one)
- Solid research & analytical skills with high level of accuracy and quality
- Proficient Microsoft tools user (Excel, PowerPoint)
- (Nice to have) Exposure to tools such as Power BI, CRM systems, or market databases
- Ability to work independently in a complex environment
- Flexible team player with open minded attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
- Good written communication skills for reports and presentations
- Proficiency in English is required
- High level of curiosity and learning mindset
- Results oriented with sense for initiative and self-development and the ability to work to tight deadlines
