Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
2. Creating and publishing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
3. Managing and growing social media communities through regular monitoring and audience engagement.
4. Analyzing campaign performance and preparing actionable insights using social media metrics.
5. Maintaining and updating the social media content calendar.
6. Collaborating with creative agencies for timely delivery of images, videos, and campaign creatives.
7. Scheduling social media posts using content management and scheduling tools.
8. Monitoring brand mentions and encouraging user-generated content to strengthen audience relationships.
9. Collaborating with influencers to execute brand promotion campaigns.
10. Managing social media communication for multiple education brands while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

1. Having 5–6 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
2.



Demonstrating experience in planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
3. Possessing excellent written and verbal communication with strong copywriting skills.
4. Having hands-on experience with content planning, publishing, and social media scheduling tools.
5. Demonstrating expertise in social media analytics and campaign performance reporting.
6. Having a valuable understanding of paid social media advertising.
7. Possessing knowledge of influencer marketing and online brand management.
8. Demonstrating strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related discipline.
