- Should be a Mechanical Engineer with min 2-3 years of Experience in QA/QC Department in Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels manufacturing concern.
- Should be proficient in Monitoring and Implementation of the Quality Control system.
- Inward Raw Material Inspection MTc/MTR Review, Handling customers, TPIA for Stage wise Inspection at shop and vendor end.
- Ensure Reduction in customer complain Prompt resolution when required.
- Review of PQR, WPQ, Approval of Quality Assurance Plan.
- Approval of Work Related Procedures their revisions when required.
- Identifying problems related to Quality to initiate, recommend, provide solutions.
- Evaluating All Non-Conformity Implementing remedial actions.
- QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit.
- Existing Supplier Quality Issue, Current supplier Development.
- Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication - Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping Parts.
- Application experience of Kaizen and 6 sigma techniques preferable.
- Should be proactive, be team player and good communicator.
- Should be well versed in NDT techniques and its application in Heat exchanger, pressure vessel industry.
