About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Implementation Head / Senior Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations for our Freight Forwarding platform across India and Middle East regions.

The ideal candidate should have robust Freight Forwarding domain expertise combined with proven experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise customer delivery, stakeholder management, customer retention, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Freight Forwarding SaaS solutions across India and Middle East regions.
- Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and account growth initiatives.
- Manage enterprise/global customers and multi-country implementation programs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams for successful project execution.
- Lead implementation governance, project planning, resource management, delivery tracking, and customer escalations.
- Drive ERP/TMS/WMS integrations, EDI/API integrations, data migration, UAT, training, and Go-Live activities.
- Support pre-sales discussions, solution workshops,



implementation planning, and customer transition processes.
- Build and mentor high-performing implementation teams while driving delivery excellence and process standardization.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, successful Go-Lives, and long-term customer success.
- Program governance and scalable implementation frameworks/processes
- Partner/channel-led implementation models
- Multi-country rollout and change management experience
- Building repeatable implementation playbooks rather than purely project execution

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, Freight Forwarding/Logistics domain, and enterprise customer delivery & project management, with strong exposure to India and Middle East markets.
- Strong expertise in Freight Forwarding operations including Ocean & Air Freight, Customs/CHA Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, Shipment Lifecycle, Documentation & Billing, NVOCC Operations, and Customer Visibility solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Logistics SaaS implementations, ERP/TMS/WMS integrations, EDI/API integrations, data migration, customer onboarding, and Go-Live management.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, customer communication, escalation handling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, governance dashboards, and SaaS delivery metrics will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India and Middle East regions based on business requirements.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Supply Chain certifications will be an added advantage.
