Position- VC Support Engineer

CTC-5.52 L PA
CTC /month 46,000/- (40,000/- after deduction of PF & Medical Insurance)

Wipro off role on Teamlease payroll.

Notice Period - Immediate to 7 Days acceptable

Mode of interview- Telephonic then F2F (Webex or MS Teams)

Education Qualification- Graduate or 3 Yrs Polytechnic Diploma holder after +2 is eligible. (no backlog)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Teams Rooms, Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent.
- Provide L2/L3 support for VC-related incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Ensure smooth operation of conference rooms, board rooms, and training rooms.
- Support VC setups for VIP/Leadership meetings, townhalls, and critical business calls.
- Hardware & Room Systems
- Install, configure,



and maintain VC hardware including Cisco/Poly/Logitech/Crestron/Yealink room systems.
- Manage and support enterprise video conferencing platforms such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft
- Manage peripherals such as cameras, microphones, speakers, touch panels, codecs, and controllers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks of VC rooms.
- Provide technical support for audio visual equipment during events, meetings, and presentations.
- Set up and configure AV systems, including sound systems, video conferencing tools, and presentation software.
- Troubleshoot issues with AV equipment and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure seamless integration of technology into event operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory management for all AV assets
- Solid knowledge of audio conferencing, scanning (barcode/RFID), printers, cards, presales processes.
