About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), CRM administration, and Salesforce integrations. This role requires strong analytical capabilities to interpret marketing and sales data, build dashboards, and support business teams with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM applications.
- Manage and optimize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) for lead generation, nurturing, and campaign automation.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to generate insights and improve campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of the Customer Success Module and related CRM processes.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and CRM best practices across the organization.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Document configurations, processes, and user guides while supporting end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Administration.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot).
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including:
- Flows
- Workflows
- Validation Rules
- Reports & Dashboards
- Profiles, Roles & Permission Sets

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware platforms.
- Good understanding of CRM processes, lead lifecycle, and customer journey.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, campaign performance metrics, and marketing data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
- MCAE/Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with Customer Success platforms/modules is desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
