Role Overview

Provogue is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive operational excellence, profitability, and growth across Indian e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations & Expansion

- Manage Provogues presence across leading Indian marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and quick-commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
- Drive execution across cataloging, listings, inventory planning, fulfillment, and SLA adherence.

Product-Market Fit & Assortment Strategy

- Develop a deep understanding of consumer demand, category trends, and buying behavior across platforms.
- Participate actively in product mix and assortment planning, ensuring optimal platform-wise product offerings.
- Recommend platform-specific assortments, styles, colors, pack sizes, and exclusives to maximize sales and margins.

Pricing & Profitability Management

- Own and optimize pricing strategies across marketplaces to ensure competitiveness while protecting contribution margins.
- Evaluate promotions, discounts,



and campaign participation to ensure ROI-positive growth.
- Ensure marketplace business models are financially viable and scalable.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Tracking

- Track competitor pricing, assortment, promotions, launches, and visibility strategies.
- Provide structured insights to product management and sourcing teams to influence product development and cost optimization.

Performance Management & Analytics

- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as GMV, contribution margin, price index, ROAS, fill rates, returns, inventory turns, and secondary sales velocity.
- Translate data insights into actionable growth and efficiency initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product, sourcing, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align marketplace execution with business objectives.
- Support current product launches with platform-specific go-to-market strategies.Role & responsibilities
