- We are looking for a Human Resources Candidate Sourcer with Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, preferably within Non-IT hiring.
- The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is mandatory for managing candidate records
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Candidates should have practical experience in Non-IT recruitment, sourcing for functions such as Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Marcom, Procurement, Supply Chain, Consulting, SAP, Salesforce, Data Analytics, and other techno-functional or corporate roles.
- Experience using advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing.
