Job Description

We are seeking a creative, people-centric, and strategic Employee Engagement, Culture & Employer Branding Manager to design and execute initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, reinforce organizational culture, and position the organization as an employer of choice. This role will drive meaningful employee experiences through engagement programs, internal communications, employer branding initiatives, and culture-building activities.

Core Responsibilities -

Employee Engagement Culture & Employer Branding:

- Develop and execute the employee engagement strategy aligned with business priorities and company values.
- Design and deliver engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Plan and execute monthly engagement calendars, celebrations, awareness campaigns, and cultural events.
- Town Halls and leadership connect sessions, Values-driven campaigns and culture initiatives, Quarterly Newsletters and internal communication strategy , Employee Podcast Series (leadership talks, employee stories, learning bites.
- Build initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee belonging.
- Develop and execute the organization's Employer Branding strategy aligned with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and business objectives.
- Build and promote a compelling employer brand by showcasing the organization's culture, people, values, learning opportunities, and career growth through internal and external channels.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to create recruitment marketing campaigns that attract top talent.
- Manage the employer brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, company careers page, and other social media channels.
- Curate and publish engaging content including employee success stories, leadership spotlights, day-in-the-life features, culture videos, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts.




- Develop and manage employee advocacy programs that encourage employees to become brand ambassadors and amplify the organization's culture externally.
- Drive participation in employer branding awards, industry recognitions, Great Place to Work (GPTW) assessments, and other employer excellence certifications.
- Measure employer brand effectiveness through key metrics such as application conversion, social media engagement, employer rankings, employee referrals, and candidate experience.

Internal Communications & Collaboration :

- Develop and execute the organization's internal communication strategy aligned with business priorities, culture, and employee experience goals.
- Create and manage an annual internal communications calendar covering business updates, engagement campaigns, leadership messages, organizational milestones, and key HR initiatives.
- Own all employee communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams/Slack), digital signage, email campaigns, and mobile communication platforms.
- Design and publish engaging monthly newsletters highlighting business achievements, employee success stories, customer wins, learning initiatives, CSR activities, and upcoming events.
- Develop executive communications, including CEO and leadership messages, quarterly business updates, town hall presentations, video messages, and organizational announcements.
- Plan and execute Quarterly Town Halls, Leadership Connects, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, skip-level meetings, and employee forums to enhance transparency and two-way communication.
- Build communication campaigns that reinforce organizational values, culture, DE&I;, wellness, learning, innovation, and change initiatives.




- Lead change communication strategies for organizational transformations, policy updates, technology rollouts, restructures, and business initiatives.
- Produce engaging multimedia content including podcasts, videos, infographics, blogs, employee testimonials, and leadership interviews to increase employee engagement.
- Establish governance and communication standards to ensure messaging is timely, consistent, inclusive, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
- Measure communication impact using metrics such as readership, engagement rates, participation, reach, click-through rates, and employee feedback, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with HR, Business Leaders, Marketing, Corporate Communications, IT, and Learning teams to ensure integrated communication across all employee touchpoints.
- Act as the custodian of the organization's internal brand, ensuring every communication reflects the company's purpose, values, and culture.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Serve as a liaison between employees, HR, and leadership, advocating for employees' needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, facilities) to improve the work workplace and employee tools.
- Enhance internal communication channels to ensure employees stay informed and connected.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role, with proven success in enhancing employee experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using people analytics tools and HR technologies to measure engagement and experience outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative employee-focused initiatives.
