Building Employer Relations:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with companies and organizations to secure job placements, internships, and networking opportunities for students.
- Tracking emerging employment opportunities with the industry at the assigned location/region
- Manage Overall Corporate Relations at the assigned location/region
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders.
- Develop long-term partnerships that benefit both Jio Institute and Industry partners through capstone projects, student internships, job placements, and executive education programs.
- Maintain continuous communication with existing partners to ensure constant engagement
- Form Strategic Partnerships
- Reach out to potential industry partners that align with Jio Institutes academic goals, research goals, and student development needs.
- Develop and execute strategic joint initiatives to strengthen relationships with targeted organizations.
- Conceptualize and Participate in Industry Engagement Programs
- Supporting the Jio Institute Events Team to plan and manage corporate engagement events, seminars, and networking sessions to foster interaction between industry professionals and the Institutes faculty and students
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate guests and speakers during campus events.
- Participate in industry connects,



conferences and conclaves to stay abreast with latest industry and hiring trends and build connections with industry leadership.
- Explore Executive Education Opportunities
- Promote Jio Institutes executive education programs which offer customized training solutions for companiesdiverse training needs.
- Internal Stakeholder Communication
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership on the status of corporate relationships and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including faculty, students, alumni, and other departments to ensure alignment of corporate partnerships with academic initiatives.
