Job Title: Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Design and execute commercial interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop cutting-edge and functional interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Handle space planning, layout development, material selection, and design detailing for commercial interiors.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.





Desired Candidate Profile

- 56 years of experience in the interior design industry, with a strong portfolio of commercial interior projects.
- Diploma in Interior Design, B.Des. (Bachelor of Design), BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Lumion, V-Ray, or other 3D visualization software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior design principles, space planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, working drawings, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, client management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
