2. Role Objective: As a GL Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the General Ledger (GL) for our organizations. Your primary focus will be on accurately recording, reconciling, and analyzing transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide valuable insights to support financial decision making.

3. Minimum Requirements Level of Education Chartered Accountant Work Experience 1years - 5 years of relevant experience in quick track-growing organization 4. Competencies required for the Job: Responsibilities • General Ledger Management: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the GL, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions. • Hands on experience of GL accounting and books management • Reconciliation of Books , inter company ,cost allocation etc • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and schedules related to the EV sector, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations in the EV sector, such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) • Cost Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, supply chain, and operational expenses,



and provide recommendations for cost optimization. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process for EV-related financial activities, providing accurate and reliable financial data and insights to support strategic decision making. • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and reconciliations for EV-specific transactions. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and controls related to EV accounting, proposing and implementing efficient solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.

Skills : • CA with 1+ year of experience • Proven experience as a GL Accountant or in a similar accounting role • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, including GAAP or INDAS 5.
