Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, cloud technologies, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design and build responsive UI applications using Angular (preferred) or React.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide development teams on coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution designs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 812 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Minimum 23 years of experience leading development teams.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Microservices and distributed system architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, or Apache Camel.
- Exposure to GraphQL.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Estimate project timelines and effort.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and architects.
- Support release planning and production deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement.
