We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter with knowledge of the US IT Industry and Education System to support our client needs If you are a success-driven individual an aggressive go-getter with a positive attitude good communication and excellent rapport-building skills then we would like to consider you Job Responsibilities Responsible for handling any IT Non-IT requirements from US-based clients Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients Maintaining Candidate Vendor relations on the progress of submittals made Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities background checks references coordination with the internal accounting team and for timesheets etc Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as the required number of placements Required Skills - Graduate Any Stream - Must have strong communication skills - Should be able to articulate and have great analytic and problem-solving skills - Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually Shift US NIGHT Shift 06 00 PM - 04 00 AM IST Experience 1 - 3 Year Candidate must have US recruitment experience Female Candidates will be preffered Job Type Full time Pay 22 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
