Job description Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements Publish financial statements in a timely manner Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly quarterly and annual closings Compute taxes and prepare tax returns ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions Manage balance sheets and profit loss statements Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process Provide support during external and internal audits Provide financial insights and recommendations to management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 1 or 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including GAAP Hands-on experience with accounting software like e g QuickBooks SAP Oracle Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills SALARY Best in industry Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
