The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for leading interior design development refining concepts and ensuring alignment with client requirements and design intent This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork to deliver innovative and high-quality interior design solutions Experience 10-15 years in Office interiors high end residential interiors Age upto 40 years Design - Create develop and refine spatial layouts and design options for interiors - Prepare and finalize details related to interior design concepts including furniture finishes and color palettes - Coordinate 3D renders to enhance visual presentations - Resolve critical design elements and explore cutting-edge opportunities in collaboration with the technical lead and senior architects Technical -Understand technical issues and prepare appropriate base drawings MEP design grid etc - Ensure integration of design intent with technical requirements and project feasibility Project Delivery - Finalize space planning furniture layouts and finishes preparing for technical detailing - Conceptualize and design all project elements including partitions false ceilings and furniture - Identify and resolve non-standard interior design challenges Coordination - Collaborate closely with seniors for design approvals revisions and feedback - Coordinate with vendors for material selections furniture and decor items - Work with technical team and consultants to ensure realization of design intent Project Management - Prepare schedule and track all interior design deliverables ensuring timely completion - Review and approve all design outputs for quality and adherence to timelines Other Responsibilities - Train and mentor junior team members on office interior design SOPs workflows and standards - Update and enhance templates tools and materials for design presentations and deliverables Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
