Experience 8 Years Location Qatar Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Lead Consultant to lead the implementation customization and support of Oracle Human Capital Management HCM solutions The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge across Oracle HCM Cloud modules strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR Absence Payroll Benefits Compensation Talent Management Recruiting and Time Labor Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design tailored HCM solutions Drive requirement gathering fit-gap analysis solution design and configuration activities Prepare and review functional design documents test scripts and training materials Conduct UAT sessions manage issue resolution and ensure successful go-live Work closely with technical teams for integrations data migration and reports Provide post-implementation support enhancements and ongoing improvements Mentor and guide junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with best practices Oracle standards and project timelines Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science HR Information Systems or related field 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in HCM Cloud Strong understanding of HR processes business workflows and system configurations Hands-on experience in Core HR Absence Management Payroll Talent Recruiting and Compensation modules Proficiency in preparing functional documentation conducting testing and training users Experience with Fast Formulas BI Publisher OTBI and HCM Extracts is a plus Excellent communication leadership and client management skills Good to Have Oracle HCM Cloud Certification s Experience with integration tools OIC REST APIs Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite HCM or Fusion Middleware Why Join Us Opportunity to lead strategic Oracle HCM initiatives Work with a talented and collaborative team Competitive compensation and growth opportunities opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 570 302 62 - 1 886 556 94 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Consulatant 8 years Preferred Oracle 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
