We re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Admin Intern to support our team at Greenr Cafe This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in operations community engagement and event support while learning the ins and outs of running a purpose-driven hospitality brand Key Responsibilities Talent acquisition support calling candidates scheduling interviews and assisting in hiring processes Assisting the Hospitality Manager with operational documentation Overseeing the upkeep and organization of retail shelves at the cafes Coordinating with vendors and assisting in vendor sourcing as and when required Supporting and taking part in community engagement within the cafe spaces Assisting the Events Manager in planning and executing events including set-up on-ground support and coordination Helping with social media and marketing support for events and community activities What We re Looking For Solid organizational and communication skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced creative environment Flexibility to support multiple departments admin community events Interest in hospitality sustainability or community-driven businesses is a plus Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 6 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Breach Candy Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
