Job Overview We re seeking a dynamic Placement Employer Relations Lead to drive local employment opportunities for youth in PCMC You ll build and manage strong partnerships with local employers organize job fairs and placement drives and support youth through their employment journey from job readiness to onboarding Key Responsibilities 1 Employer Acquisition Relationship Management Build and maintain robust local employer networks through calls emails meetings and field visits Develop long-term relationships with small and mid-sized companies in the PCMC area Conduct regular market scans to identify new job opportunities Manage employer sourcing for all Lighthouse centers within PCMC 2 Placement Strategy Execution Organize placement drives job fairs and recruitment events with corporate and training partners Meet placement targets aligned with organizational goals Match youth profiles to employer requirements conduct pre-placement profiling Lead pre-placement sessions orientation and post-placement follow-ups Guide youth with mock interviews screening and readiness checks 3 Data Management Reporting Maintain accurate placement records and validate data from centers Share daily weekly and monthly reports with internal stakeholders Maintain an updated recruiter and placement partner database 4 Special Focus Areas Hyperlocal Placements Build sustainable partnerships with local employers to boost nearby job opportunities Individual Youth Support One-on-one mentoring for interview prep career guidance and job screening Who We re Looking For Education Master s degree in Development Studies HR Training or related fields preferred Experience Minimum 6 years in placements employer relations or corporate partnerships preferably in the NGO or youth skilling ecosystem Strong understanding of the PCMC Pune job market and local employer ecosystem Experience in youth development vocational training or employability skills Excellent networking communication and presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace Flexible organized and goal-driven How to Apply If this sounds exciting send your resume to careers lighthousecommunities org with the subject line Placement Employer Relations Lead - PCMC Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Job Type Full-time Pay 700 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
