Purpose of the job A versatile role covering IT support electrical and maintenance tasks reception and call center operations and SAP data entry in the OT ensuring smooth hospital operations and excellent patient service Roles Responsibilities 1 IT Support System MaintenanceProvide basic troubleshooting for hardware software and networking issues Assist in resolving technical issues related to computers printers and hospital IT systems Support basic system updates software installations and maintenance tasks Resolve issues related to firewall Server EMR software etc in co-ordinate with head office 2 Electrical Maintenance SupportPerform routine electrical checks and coordinate repairs for lift and hospital equipments Ensure proper maintenance of electrical systems lights AC units and essential hospital infrastructure Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution 3 Reception Call Center OperationsHandle patient inquiries appointment scheduling and front desk coordination Answer incoming calls provide hospital service details and direct calls to the appropriate departments Maintain professionalism and ensure a smooth patient experience at the front desk 4 SAP Data Entry Administrative TasksEnter and update consumable stock details and billing in SAP Maintain accurate documentation of inventory
