Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations including correspondence scheduling and documentation Maintain company records vendor agreements and client files both physical and digital Assist in preparing invoices purchase orders and expense reports Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for IT equipment office supplies and maintenance Support HR functions such as attendance tracking leave management and recruitment coordination Liaise with the technical team to ensure timely execution of client projects Handle incoming calls emails and client inquiries professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information Provide administrative support to management for reporting presentations and follow-ups Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role Familiarity with IT-related services or exposure to IT company workflows is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Good communication skills written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
