Position Store Manager CEEVEES MART is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations including but not limited to sales inventory management staff supervision and customer service Key Responsibilities 1 Manage day-to-day operations of the store ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures 2 Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising promotions and customer engagement strategies 3 Monitor inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and ensure adequate replenishment to meet customer demand 4 Recruit train and supervise store staff providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction 5 Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to safeguard the store s assets and personnel 6 Handle customer inquiries complaints and escalations in a qualified and timely manner striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties 7 Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement 8 Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies procedures and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and profitability Minimum Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field 2 Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket environment 3 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team 4 Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills 5 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with retail management software is an advantage 6 Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required If you possess the qualifications and skills outlined above and are ready to take on the challenge of leading a dynamic retail team we invite you to apply for the position of Store Manager at CEEVEES MART Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Management 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
